    • JC PomPoms respect each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at JC PomPoms’ Web site.
  • Part I. Information Collection
    • JC PomPoms collect information through our Web site at several points.
    • We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information. We collect demographic data in order to monitor website usage and track abusive visitors.
    • We collect this information through tracking IP Addresses. The information is collected involuntarily.  To visit our site, your IP address is mandatory as to keep our dancers and other users safe from abuseive users. Any other information we request is optional.
    • We may employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable JC PomPoms to track usage patterns and deliver customised content to users. Our cookies have an expiration date. Our cookies collect personally identifiable information in the form of IP addresses to determine which computer requests have came from.
  • Part II. "JC Space"
    • The online JC PomPoms Community "JC Space" is accessible ONLY by registered competition cheerleaders.
    • In this section, information which is meant only for dancers and their families will be distributed.
    • Dancers are asked to fill in information about themselves incase they need to be contacted.
    • All other information stored in the dancer's profile is voluntary.
    • All information stored can be accessed by JC PomPoms administration staff, some social information entered is available to all registered dancers.
  • Part III. Information Usage
    • The information collected by JC PomPoms will be used for monitoring usage and tracking only. Users who provide information will not receive any unauthorised contact from JC PomPoms.
    • Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about the squad. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
    • Our Web site offers a guestbook. Please be advised that information posted in this venue becomes public knowledge.
  • Part IV. Access to Information
    • JC PomPoms maintain the accuracy of our information by not storing data for more than 1 week, or offering an "update" facility. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find.
  • Part V. Problem Resolution
    • If problems arise, users may contact JC PomPoms by using our online contact form. We are committed to resolving disputes within 24 hours.
  • Part VI. Data Storage and Security
    • JC PomPoms protect user information by using a secure storage algorithm when logging onto the site, accessing the dancer information section and purchasing products online. Only authorised users will have access to every users personal information. These users will not divulge this information to any third parties without good reason.
