Kilsyth Christmas Parade

An early morning start for the squad saw them parading through Kilsyth to the Main Street and dancing outside Somerfield. oined by the Marvels and the Kilsyth Pipe Band, a crowd gathered to watch them perform.

BCA: Northern IDTA Classics - Blackpool

Another four trophies for JC PomPoms from the Northern IDTA Classics in Blackpool. One of the largest supports in the competition travelled down to Blackpool to cheer on the squads as they danced to impress.

Christmas Lights Switch On

JC PomPoms were approacehd by both North Lanarkshire Council and East Dunbartonshire council to dance in the Christmas Lights Switch On events in Kilsyth, Kirkintilloch, Milngavie, Lennoxtown and Bishopbriggs.

Fundraising - Body Shop Day

The Body Shop Fund Raiser was another successful event for JC Pompoms. Representative, Brenda, attended with the girls and moms on Saturday to help raise funds for the Squad, and offer advice and tips to lots of eager Cheerleaders and Cheer Moms.Lots of free samples and testers were available and some of the moms even took the time to treat themselves for a change - the Centre Supervisor even won first prize in the raffle.Many thanks to the Body Shop, and to Brenda for all her patience.

Fundraising - Texas Rose Line Dancers

Joanne, Gillian and all the girls from JC Pompoms would like to thank Wilma Morris and the ladies from Texas Rose Line Dancers for the recent fund raiser night held in aid of JC Pompoms.The night was very well attended by all Wilma's line dancing ladies and the JC Youth and Junior Squads made an appearance to personally thank them.Once again, Wilma and friends, many thanks for raising such a fabulous amount of money for JC Pompoms.

Scot-Cheer Stunt Clinic 2

Everyone from JC PomPoms would like to thank Steve, Jo, Claire, Jennifer and Alex for a fabulous day full of events and activities.Joanne and Gillian appreciate their time and are confident the knowledge and skills they have passed on will be invaluable to JC PomPoms.

Fundraising - London Marathon Run by Alistair Allan

JC PomPoms would like to thank Alistair and Debbie Allan for their contribution to JC PomPoms after Alistair running the London Marathon earlier this year.

Kilsyth International Carnival

Along with many other talented performers, JC PomPoms were asked by the Kilsyth International Carnival to participate in the one-day event at the Colzium Estate in Kilsyth.Starting off the Dancing at the Main Stage, the squads performed to a busy crowd before parading round the estate.Lastly, the JC's performed again in the Dance Tent which was followed by the dance school showing off their talents.

Fundraising Race Night and Disco

Raising funds for up and coming events for JC PomPoms, the Cheer Family and Friends joined the Seniors at a Race Night and Disco in Kirkintilloch.MC'd by Kevin Pirie, the night started off with a "manual" Race Night with the Seniors taking the Jockey's chairs finishing with race winners taking to the chairs for a final race.MC'd by Kevin Pirie, the night started off with a "manual" Race Night with the Seniors taking the Jockey's chairs finishing with race winners taking to the chairs for a final race.JC PomPoms would like to thank the many businesses and individuals who made the night possible.

Clyde v Manchester UTD

JC PomPoms were asked by Clyde F.C. to cheer at their pre-season friendly against Manchester UTD.Both before the match and at half time, the JC's wowed the crowds and had an unprecedented amount of support for them there.Cheering at the Man UTD support side first, the girls were on the pitch alongside the full squads of Man UTD and Clyde F.C.
